Construction on the Abigail’s Arms women’s crisis shelter near East Highway 82 is expected to be fully complete by summer 2013. Executive Director Kim Cook said Tuesday that her staff is seeking to exchange resources and information with other local outreach organizations as a way of helping clients without duplicating efforts.
