Steve Key, Precinct 2 County Commissioner, walks a closed bridge on West Spring Creek Road Monday afternoon demonstrating its weaknesses. Key sponsored a resolution, which passed at Monday’s Commissioners meeting, which lowered the speed limit to 35 mph on West Spring Creek Road, Hockley Creek Road, and County Roads 2070 and 248.
