The Valley View Town Square as pictured Thursday afternoon. The square is open to pedestrians again following rennovation work by the Texas Department of Transportation and private contractors, in conjunction with the city of Valley View and Keep Valley View Beautiful. The first event was held on the newly rennovated square Friday night, following a ribbon-cutting at a downtown business hosted by the Valley View Area Chamber of Commerce.
