Controversy

To the Editor

Controversy continues to surround President-elect Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as president, and a case involving his birth waits for its day before the U.S. Supreme Court. A constitutional lawyer said were it to be discovered that Mr. Obama is “not” a natural-born U.S. citizen. It would have grave consequences for the nation.

According to the Constitution, a president “must” be a natural-born U.S. citizen of the U.S. Mr. Obama has resisted any attempt to make him produce a legal U.S. birth certificate.

Some of Mr. Obama’s critics said he was born in Kenya and claimed he is a citizen of Kenya. Will the Supreme Court of the United States of America ever allow just one case challenging the legitimate citizenship of Barrack Obama to coma before it and receive a definite ruling? If not, why not? Is there something going on in high places? The truth may be forth coming!

If the court will not rule on a constitutional case of legitimacy of a person to hold office what else will they “not” uphold of the U.S, Constitution? The people of the U.S. deserve the truth, let’s investigate this matter!!!
