Cooke County —
The Cooke County District Attorney’s office released its latest roster of grand jury indictments on Friday.
Indictments include:
Matthew Daniel McGilvray, 26, was indicted for theft of copper, a state jail felony. The alleged offense occurred Aug. 24, 2012.
Robert McBath, 29, was indicted for burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony, and for organized retail theft, a state jail felony. The alleged offenses occurred Aug. 8, and Aug. 1, 2012, respectively.
Douglas McBath, 30, was indicted for organized retail theft, a state jail felony. The alleged offense occurred Aug. 1, 2012.
Brian Partain, 36, was indicted for two counts of possession of a controlled substance — one a state jail offense and one a third-degree felony. The alleged offenses occurred July 19, and July 29, 2012, respectively.
Alan Anselmo Medina, 19, was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony. The alleged offense occurred Jan. 14, 2012.
Steve Gutierrez, 32, was indicted for theft of copper (enhanced with two prior state jail convictions), a second-degree felony. The alleged offense occurred Aug. 24, 2012.
Christopher Wooten, 31, was indicted for burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. The alleged offense occurred July 28, 2012.
Jerry Richards, 40, was indicted for burglary of a building, a state jail felony. The alleged offense occurred Dec. 18, 2010.
Jody Ray Polston, 42, was indicted for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state jail felony. The alleged offense occurred Sept. 7, 2012.
Christopher Ray Branch, 26, was indicted for theft, a state jail felony. The alleged offense occurred June 28, 2012.
Laurie Elizabeth Garland, 30, was indicted for driving while intoxicated (with a prior conviction), a third-degree felony. The alleged offense occurred June 25, 2012.
Cutberto Cruz Guzman, 29, was indicted for driving while intoxicated (with prior convictions), a third-degree felony. The alleged offense occurred Aug. 31, 2012.
Payton Presley Banks, 20, was indicted for burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. The alleged offense occurred Dec. 10, 2011.
Ricardo Alonso Garcia, 23, was indicted for possession of marijuana (an amount between four ounces and five pounds), a state jail felony. The alleged offense occurred Aug. 7, 2012.
Ashley Annette Gann, 29, was indicted for burglary of a building, a state jail felony. The alleged offense occurred Aug. 7, 2012.
June Romeo Splawn, 46, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, a state jail felony. The alleged offense occurred Feb. 17, 2012.
Christopher William Templin, 19, was indicted for debit/credit card abuse, a state jail felony. The alleged offense occurred Aug. 8, 2011.
Kevin Emanuel Huerta, 19, was indicted for evading arrest using a motor vehicle, a third-degree felony. The alleged offense occurred April 1, 2012.
Milton Ray McBath, 47, was indicted for three counts of assault against a family member (with prior convictions), all second-degree felonies. The alleged offenses occurred Feb. 27, July 25, and Sept. 5, 2012.
Richard Carl Roberts, 53, was indicted for stalking, a third-degree felony. The alleged offense occurred between Nov. 1, 2010, and March 1, 2011.
