Students from Lee Intermediate School recently raised 2,501 pounds of food in two weeks on behalf of Cooke County’s Volunteers In Service To Others (VISTO) organization. As a reward, school officials allowed the students to throw pies at their principals and favorite teachers on a recent Friday afternoon.
