— Jasmine Chaij of Callisburg High School accepts a scholarship award from the VFW Post 1922 Commander Dennis Kretzschmar for her participation in the annual Voice of Democracy Essay contest. This year’s theme for the essay contest was “Is the Constitution Still Relevant?” Sharon Lively coordinated the essay contest and the Veterans Day program at Callisburg ISD.
