Officials release Grand Jury indictments

Gainesville — A slate of indictments was recently made available by officials of the Cooke County Grand Jury.

Recent indictments include:

Ryan Paul Jensen was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (an amount less than 400 grams).

Joshua Sean Kreager was indicted for theft of a firearm.

Patrick Michael Kulle was indicted on two counts of burglary of a habitation.

Bradly Marvin Lott was indicted for assault of a public servant.

Douglas Lee McBath was indicted for evading arrest or detention.

John Travis Averill was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (an  amount between four grams and 200 grams).

Joseph Baeza was indicted for aggravated robbery.

Jerad Colt Barnes was indicted for forgery of a financial instrument.

Jordon J. Beggs was indicted for assault on a public servant.

Timothy Charles Billy was indicted for theft of property.

Nicholas Eugene Bousquet was indicted on two charges of credit/debit card abuse.

Johnny Dale Clements was indicted for burglary of a habitation.

Jessica Marie Duvall was indicted on two counts of injury with intent to cause bodily harm.

Jimmy Joe Green was indicted for possession of methamphetamine.

Robert Wayne Mitchell was indicted for burglary of a habitation.

Tammy Hoover Stevens was indicted on two counts of theft of property (with two or more previous convictions).

Randell Dale Thompson was indicted for evading arrest or detention.

Steven Lawrence Young was indicted for indecency with a child (with sexual contact).

Nathan Alberto Morales was indicted for aggravated robbery.

Calvin Dion Pipkin was indicted for credit/debit card abuse.

Michael Gerald Robinson was indicted for theft of property.

Eddie Richard Shugart was indicted for indecency with a child (with sexual contact).
