— Bobby Burns, Jr., right, the trumpet player for Earth, Wind and Fire, rehearses with the Gainesville High School Jazz Band Monday night in preparation for a special concert tonight at the First State Bank Center for the Performing Arts at North Central Texas College. Burns will be the guest artist at the fall concert of the NCTC Jazz Band, which will also include a performance by the GHS Jazz Band. Tonight’s concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door and are $10 for adults, $5 for youth and free for NCTC students.
