LINDA KAY HOOD
Linda Kay Hood, 61, of Gainesville, formerly of Hornlake, Miss., died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012, at her home.
Mrs. Hood was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by her son, Truman Hood of Gainesville; two daughters, Sondra Gillespie of Indianapolis, Ind., and Anita Scrivner of Owensboro, Ky.; six grandchildren; four sisters, Pauline Fare of Gillette, Wyo., Billie Young of West Memphis, Ark., Joy Harrell of Proctor, Ark., and Shirley Lambert of Parkin, Ark.; and one brother, Richard Farmer of Sheridan, Ark.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Farmer and Beatrice Farmer; and her husband, Truman Hood.
Visitation will be Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, starting at noon at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, Ark., with services following at 2 p.m.
Interment will be at Parkin Cemetery.
The family requests that memorials be made to ABBA of Gainesville, Texas, and Williams Syndrome Family of Hope.

DEBRA ANNE HASS
Funeral services for Debra Anne Hass, 56, are set for 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, at Meador-Clement-Keel Chapel.
Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. Hass died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012, at Arlington Medical Center.
She was born May 14, 1956.
Survivors include her husband, Steven Hass of Arlington; daughters, Rachael Garcia and Holly Beamer of Mansfield; father, Eugene Williams of Kingsport, Tenn.; brother, Randy Williams of Kingsport, Tenn.; and five grandchildren.

LAKE KIOWA — James Neal “Jim” Hickman, age 65, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, in Plano.
He was born Sept. 4, 1946, to Joe Neal and McRee Haynie Hickman in Gainesville.
Jim retired after 24 years as a firefighter and paramedic for the City of Denton.
A memorial service for Jim was 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at the Slay Memorial Chapel in Aubrey.
Jim is survived by his wife, Judi of Lake Kiowa; sons, Joley Shawn of Tioga and Christopher Conroy of Frisco; daughters, Julie Kay Hickman of Pilot Point and Nicole Harring of Lake Kiowa; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his mother, McRee Hickman of Tioga; brothers, Scott Hickman of Dallas, Alan Hickman of Grapevine and Richard Hickman of Pilot Point; sisters, Glenda Carlisle of Tioga, Joan Wooster of Tioga and Lori Durden of Collinsville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jim is preceded in death by his father, Joe; and son, Larry Dale.
Services were under the direction of Terri Slay and Slay Memorial Funeral Center in Aubrey.
