Cooke County Grand Jury issues indictments

Gainesville — The Cooke County Grand Jury recently released a new slate of indictments from the January 2013 term.

Indictments include:

Sean Claude Bryant, 27, was indicted for forgery, a state jail felony. The incident allegedly occurred July 20, 2009.

Nicholas Frank Melvin, 31, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred Dec. 5, 2012.

Macario Chavez Jr., 40, was indicted for theft (an amount between $1,500 and $20,000), a state jail felony. The alleged incident occurred Dec. 27, 2012.

Warees Klalid X Lawrence, 36, was indicted for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver (an amount more than 400 grams). The alleged incident occurred March 29, 2010.

Mubdhi Muslim Muhammad, 36, was indicted for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver (an amount more than 400 grams). The alleged incident occurred March 29, 2010.

Justin Wayne Miller, 19, was indicted for evading arrest with a motor vehicle, a third-degree felony; and two counts of burglary of a habitaton, both second-degree felonies. The alleged incidents occurred Nov. 23, Nov. 14, and Nov. 12, respectively.

Alonso Ochoa, 19, was indicted for two counts of burglary of a habitation, both second-degree felonies. The alleged incidents occurred Nov. 14, and Nov. 12.

Victor Jose Garcia, 18, was indicted for two counts of burglary of a habitation, both second-degree felonies. The alleged incidents occurred Dec. 5, and Nov. 12, respectively.

Christopher Marshall Poling, 19, was indicted for theft of a firearm, a state jail felony, and burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. The alleged incidents occurred Dec. 5, 2012.

Cameron Duane Kingsley, 22, was indicted for debit card abuse, a third-degree felony. The alleged incidents occurred Nov. 16, 2012.

Ricky Harris Porter, 57, was indicted for credit card abuse, a state jail felony. The alleged incident occurred Dec. 11, 2012.

Felisha Leann Sides, 18, was indicted for theft (an amount between $1,500 and $20,000), a state jail felony. The alleged incident occurred Dec. 31, 2012.

Eric Lee Rose, 33, was indicted for organized retail theft (an amount between $500 and $1,500), a state  jail felony. The alleged incident occurred Dec. 20, 2012.

Teri Soldavini, 38, was indicted for forgery, a third-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred Jan. 6, 2013.

Kenneth Elzy, 57, was indicted for forgery, a third-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred Jan. 6, 2013.

Jamelle Lee Franklin, 26, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred July 12, 2012.

Rae Lynn Potter, 33, was indicted for tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, a third-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred Jan. 4, 2013.

John Kevin Roberts, 29, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm, a second-degree felony; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a third-degree felony; and evading arrest with a motor vehicle. The alleged incidents occurred Jan. 10, 2013; and Jan. 8, 2013, respectively.

Wacy Blevins, 22, was indicted for organized retail theft (of an amount between $500 and $1,500), a state jail felony. The alleged incident occurred Jan. 18, 2013.

Richard Foster Lee, Jr., 33, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), a state jail felony. The alleged incident occurred March 22.

Joel Hernandez, 21, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a second-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred Dec. 19, 2012.

Rhonda Ladelle Fry, 33, was indicted for bail jumping and failure to appear, a third-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred Jan. 30, 2013.

Robert Lee McPheron, 50, was indicted for driving while intoxicated (his third offense or more), a third-degree felony. The alleged offense occurred Dec. 1.

Vernon Lee Davis, 30, was indicted for aggravated assault, a second-degree felony. The alleged incident occurred July 27, 2012.
