Holiday festivities have landed on county property, with decorations both inside and outside Cooke County Courthouse. The “Festival of Trees” competition continues inside the courthouse facility into December, and the city’s Christmas parade is set for the evening of Thursday, Dec. 5, with floats, lights and yuletide costumes scheduled for procession down California Street.
