JOANN SMITH

Funeral arrangements for Joann Smith, 91, of Gainesville are pending with the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. Mrs. Smith died on Tuesday November 18,2008 at her residence.



PAUL JOSEPH FETSCH

MUENSTER — Funeral services for Paul Joseph Fetsch, age 90, of Muenster are set for 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008 at the Sacred Heart Church in Muenster, with Rev. Ken Robinson officiating.

Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetary.

The rosary vigil will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008 at the McCoy Funeral Home in Muenster.

Mr. Fetsch died on Nov. 17, 2008 at the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.

Survivors include his children, Garry and Susan Fetsch, Joan Fetsch Campbell and Lee Campbell, Monica Fetsch Noyes and Robert Noyes, Eveylyn Fetsch Melvin and Kenneth Melvin and Robert Fetsch and Louise Benke; brother, Fidelis Fetsch and sister, Mary Fetsch Albus.



PEARL INEZ SPARKMAN

MUENSTER — Funeral services for Pearl Inez Sparkman, age 87, of Muenster are set for 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008 at First Baptist Church in Muenster, with Rev. Ralph Courley officiating.

Burial will follow in Morrow Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Clement-Keel Funeral Home.

Mrs. Inez Sparkman died on Nov. 17, 2008, at St. Richards Villa in Muenster.

Pearl Inez Sparkman was born on Dec. 24, 1920 in Marysville to Vincent Morrow and Pearl Reeves Ramsey. She married Samuel Arthur Sparkman on Sept. 21, 1941, in Gainesville. She was a homemaker and had worked at St. Richards Villa as a Cook.

Survivors include her spouse, Sam Sparkman of Muenster; sons and daughters-in-law Larry and Retha Sparkman of Myra, Texas and Sammy and Peggy Sparkman of Lindsay, Texas; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren and brothers Roy Ramsey of Arlington and Melton Ramsey of Whitesboro.

Mrs. Sparkman was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Linda Gayle Sparkman; sister, Ruth Robinson; grandchildren, Sheila Taylor and Frankie Sparkman and great grandson Stephen Blake Sparkman.

Pallbearers will be grandsons Dwayne Williams, Shane Sparkman, Chad Greer, John Sparkman, Sam Sparkman and Michael Shilling.

Visitation is set from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008, at the Clement-Keel Funeral Home.



MARIE SUSAN SADLOWSKI

A memorial cocktail party for Marie Sadlowski, age 92, is set for Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008 from 3 p.m. till 5 p.m. at the home she shared with Gail & Ricky in Valley View.

Marie Susan Sadlowski was born Sept. 27, 1916 in Rock Glen, New York to immigrant parents Joseph and Mary (Bananti) Marranca. Marie was fiercely proud of her Italian ancestry. Marie is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Ricky Patterson of Valley View; a daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Brian Lloyd of Fairlie and her caregiver, Flora Nunly of Dallas. She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Sadlowski. Marie was one of a kind and her family wishes to celebrate her life while accepting their loss. Please raise a glass and toast the unique individual that she was in life and the strong spirit she remains in death.
