JERRY G. PERRY
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — PERRY, JERRY G. age 81, born Dec. 22, 1931, in Oklahoma City, raised in Gainesville, Jerry (a.k.a. Buggs) settled in Albuquerque, where he became a patriarch of a huge extended family. At the age of 81, with a deep faith in God, he began his eternal life on May 10, 2013.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; his children: Barbara Joe Correa and husband, Hugo; Janie Fay Gonzales and husband, Art; Jerry T. and wife, Dolores; and Marie T. Montoya and husband, Ray; step-children, Frankie Wylde, Dino Franco, Gloria Hobson, Mary Glover, Connie, Paul, Mike, and David Franco; 37 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bennie Perry and wife, Barbara and Bobby Perry and wife, Wanda; his twin sister, Mary Scott and husband, Chuck, and Dorothy Fay Jones and husband, Jimmy; and his lifelong friends, JD Rubrecht and Eugene Shasteen.
Jerry was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Jane; his son, Ben; his parents, Ben and Reba Faye Perry; his brothers, Jody and Marian; and special friend, Norman Mathis.
Jerry served in the National Guard and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He attended Brown's Business College, owned and operated Perry Air Conditioning, and was active in real estate. He served as a Justice of the Peace, a Boy Scout leader for St. Anthony Boys Orphanage, was a member of the D.A.V. and he was a 4th degree Knight and served as Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus #641, Immaculate Conception. He was a longtime member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and St. Edwin Catholic Church where he was active in the Marriage Enrichment program. Jerry was known for his creativity, his wisdom, his unique character, speaking his mind, and for helping those in need. He loved fishing, hunting, gardening, and cooking for his huge blowout holiday parties. He loved the UNM Lobos; his old black Trujillo cowboy hat; and hot, hot chili. But, more than these, he loved his family and friends.

MUENSTER — Graveside services for Thomas Hare, 92, of Muenster, are set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at Coker Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home in Saint Jo.
Mr. Hare died Friday, May 24, 2013, in Muenster.
He was born Oct. 11, 1920, in Muenster.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Sue Hare of Muenster; son, Leslie Carl Hare of Montague; and one grandchild.
Visitation is set for 7 p.m. Monday, May 27, 2013, at the funeral home in Saint Jo.
MUENSTER — Funeral services for Geraldine Walterscheid, 69, of Muenster. are set for 10 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 2013, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Ken Robinson officiating.
Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home in Muenster.
Mrs. Walterscheid died May 22, 2013, in Denton.
She was born Dec. 24, 1943, in Muenster.
Survivors include children, Delanne Walterscheid, Michele Green and Brad Walterscheid; brother, Mike Trubenbach; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Muenster Volunteer Fire Department.
