CARL WESLEY DUNCAN, JR.

Memorial services for Carl Wesley Duncan Jr., 70, are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2013, at the First Baptist Church of Whitesboro.

Mr. Duncan died Monday, May 27, 2013.

He was born Sept. 2, 1942, in Harvey Parish, New Orleans, La.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Johnson Duncan; children, Lisa Duncan-Fontaine of Flower Mound; Carl W. “Trey” Duncan III of Aubrey and Derek Duncan of Flower Mound; sister, Lena Brookshire of Democrat; and four grandchildren.

EVELYN “JOANNE” JONES

Funeral services for Evelyn “Joanne” Jones, 79, are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2013, at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.

Mrs. Jones died Wednesday, May 29, 2013.

She was born Dec. 25, 1933, in Gainesville.

Survivors include children, Karen Kreager of Carrollton, Kevin Jones of Gainesville and Stephen Jones of Palm Desert, Calif.; sister, Fleta Deen of Azle; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

KENNETH MEARL YOUNGBLOOD

LAKE JACKSON — Funeral services for Kenneth Mearl Youngblood, 77, of Lake Jackson, are set for 10 a.m. Monday, June 3, 2013, at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Kremling officiating. 

Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. 

Mr. Youngblood died Tuesday, May 28, 2013. 

He was born Nov. 16, 1935, in Sunset.

Survivors include wife, Gayle May Youngblood; children, Rhonda Youngblood Hearne and Lesia Youngblood of Lake Jackson; siblings, Bonnie Hand of Chico, Marjorie Tune of Gainesville, Elaine Mitchell of Indio, Calif., and Bobby Youngblood of Allen; and two grandchildren.

Visitation is set for 9 a.m. Monday, June 3, 2013, at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Habitat for Humanity or the Pregnancy Help Center.
