TELEPHONE — Jimmie Don “Diesel” DePriest, 67, of Telephone, passed away Nov. 14, 2012, in Gainesville.

He was born Nov. 15, 1944, in Glade Water.

Mr. DePriest worked for Varel Manufacturing for over 30 years. Being an avid outdoorsman, Mr. DePriest enjoyed hunting and fishing and always felt at home in the wilderness.

Survivors include daughter, Kassia Little and husband Kevin of Gainesville; grandson, Kiefer Little; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

VALLEY VIEW — Funeral services for Kenneth Jones, 67, of Valley View, are set for 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at Harvey Street Baptist Church with the Rev. Jordan Johnson officiating.

Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Meador-Clement-Keel Funeral Home.

Mr. Jones died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, in Valley View.

He was born Dec. 4, 1944, in Gainesville.

Survivors include sister, Lois Brown of Valley View.

Visitation is set for 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at Harvey Street Baptist Church.

FAYE PERRIN

Funeral services for Faye Perrin, 85, of Gainesville, are set for 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at Calvary Baptist Church in Gainesville with the Rev. Hubert Wright officiating.

Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home of Muenster.

Mrs. Perrin died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, in Gainesville.

She was born Feb. 28, 1927, in Denison.

Survivors include children, Wallace Perrin, Bob Perrin and Diane Perrin of Gainesville, Alan Perrin of Justin and Susan Scott of Saint Jo; eight grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
