THACKERVILLE, OKLA. — Funeral services for LuJuana Bernice Worley, 79, of Thackerville, Okla., are set for 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in Gainesville with Jim McCage officiating.

Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery in Marietta, Okla., under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Marietta, Okla.

Mrs. Worley died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, in Marietta, Okla.

She was born March 31, 1934 in Dallas.

Survivors include daughters, Katrina McCage of Thackerville, Okla., Charlotte Rice of Midlothian and Tammie Huffstetler of Wiley; siblings, Jackie Davis of Savoy, Wanda Tisdale of Sherman and Nan Hoover of Ector; 17 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is set for 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at the funeral home.

W.O. “Buddy” Skinner passed away Monday, Dec. 2, 2013.

He was born Feb. 10, 1928, to Luther Hadden and Linda (Hill) Skinner in Nocona.

“Buddy” was a Korean War veteran, having served in the United States Army. He worked for the United States Postal Service for 32 years, retiring from the postmaster position in Pilot Point. He married Judith Kaye Woolfolk on May 30, 1964, in Gainesville.

He is survived by his nephew, Tom Briscoe of Rockwall.

He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; and one sister, Peggy Lou Briscoe.

A graveside service is set for 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at Fairview Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Terri Slay and Slay Memorial Funeral Center in Pilot Point.


Funeral services for Candy Carol Hubbard, 59, were 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, at Hillcrest Church of Christ in Gainesville.

Mrs. Hubbard died Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013.

She was born Jan. 16, 1954, in Gainesville.

Survivors include children, Christy Moore, Christopher Hubbard and Jordan Hubbard; siblings, Evelyn Stone, Billie Watson, Rita Hubbard, Donna Hubbard, Larry Hubbard and Ronald Hubbard; and four grandchildren.


SAINT JO — Funeral services for Gladys Kuzmicki, 84, of Saint Jo, are set for 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013, at McCoy Funeral Chapel in Saint Jo with the Rev. Ricky Kerr officiating.

Mrs. Kuzmicki died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, in Muenster.

She was born March 13, 1929, in Erie, Penn.

Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Bessent; and one grandchild.
