WHITESBORO — Funeral services for Edward Blake Simmons, 20, will be held Saturday, April 20, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with the Rev. Rick Carney officiating.
Interment will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro.
Visitation services will be held Friday, April 19, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
He passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, in Whitesboro.
Blake was born on June 24, 1992, in Sherman to Christopher Shane Simmons and Melia Ann Meals.
He was a graduate of Whitesboro High School. He was employed at the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Okla.
He is survived by his sisters, Celisa Meals of Denton and Makayla Williams of Whitesboro; father, Shane Simmons of Dallas; stepfather, Brad Williams of Whitesboro; aunt and uncle, Tami and Douglas Schares of Whitesboro; cousins, Hunter, Devin and Hannah Schares; and grandparents, Mickey and Jean Meals of Whitesboro; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Melia Williams.
The pallbearers will be Devin Schares, Tyler Swift, Daniel Jones, Jonathan Jones, Matt Miller and Justin Hosp.

ROBERT N. McADAMS, JR.
VALLEY VIEW — Robert N. McAdams, Jr., call sign KA5PPX, age 57, died Tuesday morning, April 16, 2013, at his home in Valley View, TX after a brief but valiant battle with brain cancer.
Robert was born March 3, 1956, in Nashville, Tenn., to parents Robert and Constance (Wilson) McAdams.
He was married for 24 years to the love of his life, Carolyn and was the most beloved father to Daniel. Robert was a 1974 graduate of Hillsboro High School in Nashville, and attended both the University of Tennessee and Memphis State University. In the early 1980s Robert relocated to Dallas where he began a long career as an IT professional. It was during this time that he was able to travel extensively throughout the world. More recently he became an entrepreneur with a small startup company, GO GEEKS, GO, specializing in onsite computer repair. He was a member of the Amateur Radio Relay League, a lifelong hobby that gave him far reaching contact with people all around the globe. While technology was his calling, his real joy was found in spending time with family and friends, especially watching the Dallas Cowboys with his son Daniel and playing Texas Hold ‘em poker with his buddies. Robert will be remembered most for his bigger-than-life personality and his generosity of spirit which he shared with all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert N. McAdams, Sr.; and sister, Anne Farron McAdams.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Carolyn McAdams; son, Daniel Zacharias McAdams; mother and stepfather, Dr. Constance McAdams and Dr. Alfy Tadros, (Hamilton, Ontario); and sister, Constance P. McAdams, Nashville, Tenn.
A Mass of Christian Burial is set for Saturday, April 20, 2013, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Gainesville with Fr. Victor Cruz HGN officiating.
Friends and family will be received after 3 p.m. at the home of Robert, Carolyn and Daniel McAdams in Valley View.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Valley View Volunteer Fire Department and Cooke County Home Hospice.

MUENSTER — Funeral services for Eleanor C. Felderhoff, 84, of Muenster are set for 10 a.m. Friday, April 19, 2013, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Ken Robinson officiating.

Mrs. Felderhoff died Wednesday, April 17, 2013, in Muenster.
She was born March 13, 1929, in Gainesville.
Survivors include her children, Patricia Fuhrmann, Marilyn Trevathan and John, Tim, Mark and Terry Felderhoff; sister, Mary Jo Naughton; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

COLLINSVILLE — Funeral services for Scott Lee “Paco” Ragsdale, 20, are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2013, at First Baptist Church of Collinsville with the Rev. Jerry Davis officiating.
Burial will follow in Collinsville Cemetery under the direction of Meador Funeral Home.
Mr. Ragsdale died Wednesday, April 17, 2013, in Plano.
He was born on Oct. 30, 1992, in Sherman.
Survivors include his son, Elijah Shane Ragsdale, of Sadler; father, Stephen Ragsdale and stepmother Jennifer of Collinsville; mother, Mary Ragsdale of Whitesboro; siblings, Latisha Rich of Whitesboro and Andy Hernandez and Mary Wink of Collinsville; grandparents: David and Elaine Ragsdale of Collinsville and Dominga Hernandez of Childress.
