— TOMMY HELLINGER

A funeral Mass for Tommy Hellinger, 62, of Gainesville, is set for 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Victor Cruz officiating.

Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

A Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with a visitation to follow at 7 p.m.

Tommy was born Jan. 25, 1950, in Gainesville to Frank and Christine Hellinger.

He passed away on Nov. 26, 2012, in Denton.

Tommy married Ruth Moster on June 12, 1971, in Lindsay. He worked in auto part sales, spending the last 11 years with O'Reilly Auto Parts.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Hellinger; daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Tim Chancellor and Tonya and Geoff Haberman; and grandchildren, Toni Richardson, Brandon Chancellor and Dalton Chancellor, all of Gainesville. He is also survived by brother, Mike Hellinger, brother, Glenn Hellinger, sister, Patsy Skinner, sister, Shirley Hellinger, sister, Doris Floyd, sister, Janie Robinson, and brother, Kevin Hellinger, all of Gainesville; brother, David Hellinger of Nocona; and sister, Karen Bartlett of Lindsay.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jeffrey Hellinger; brother, Dale Hellinger; and brother, Dennis Hellinger.

Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Abbe, Dwayne Abbe, Michael Johnson, Jonathan Floyd, Dustin Martin and Don Richardson.

LAWRENCE BERNARD BRUNS

MUENSTER — Funeral services for Lawrence Bernard Bruns, 91, of Muenster, are set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Muenster with the Rev. Ken Robinson officiating.

Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.

Mr. Bruns died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at his residence.

He was born Nov. 22, 1921, in Gainesville.

Survivors include children, Beverly Duncan and Robert B. Bruns; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A Rosary/vigil is set for 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at McCoy Funeral Home in Muenster.

Memorials may be made to the Muenster ISD Scholarship Fund.





CARL JONES

ACHILLE, OKLA. — Memorial services for Carl Jones, 76, of Achille, Okla. are set for Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at 4 p.m. at the Harvey Street Baptist Church with the Rev. Jordon Johnson officiating.

Mr. Jones passed away on Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, in Denison.

Carl was born on Oct. 3, 1936, in Nocona to A.J. and Viola Jones. Carl served in the United States Navy, where he was a member of the Navy band playing the trombone. After his time in the service he continued his love of music, playing in his band Carl Jones and the Golden Tones. Carl loved to play golf and especially loved his family and friends. He also retired from the National Supply company.

Carl is survived by his wife, Sandra Jones; children, Chris Jones and his spouse Angie, Diane Twesme and her spouse Scott, David Gosline, Tipp Brooks and Justin Brooks and Katherine Brooks; numerous grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

PATRICIA REAGAN RODGERS HELM

GRAHAM — Funeral services for Patricia Reagan Rodgers Helm, 79, are set for 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home in Graham.

Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery.

Mrs. Helm died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, in Sherman.

She was born Sept. 2, 1933, in Gainesville.

Survivors include two daughters, Melinda Rodgers of Arlington and Roseann Johnson of Graham; and three grandchildren.
