RYAN HENSLEY HAY
PILOT POINT — Ryan Hensley Hay, 25, of Pilot Point, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013.
Ryan was born July 12, 1988, in Denton to Church L. and Marilyn (Heitzman McDowell) Hay.
He worked for Texas Woman’s University since September 2011, as a Support Specialist One in the library.
He is survived by his mother, Marilyn of Pilot Point; two brothers, Reggie McDowell of Pilot Point and Whitson Hay of Odessa; two sisters, Melissa Gaunder of Newalla, Okla., and Andrea Black of Gainesville; niece, Kaci Gaunder; nephew, Rider McDowell; and many other nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013, at Slay Memorial Chapel in Aubrey.
A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013, with Fr. Tom Kennedy officiating.

UNA JEAN SORRELL
Funeral services for Una Jean Sorrell, 86, of Gainesville, were 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013, at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Garry Way, Rev. Jamie Baldwin and Rev. Richard Way officiating.
Burial followed in the Fairview Cemetery under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.
A visitation was held at the funeral home on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, from 7 to 8 p.m.
Jean was born in Cooke County on June 30, 1927, to Elbert Decatur and Evelyn Muriel (Long) Prine.
She passed away on Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, in Gainesville.
Jean is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Jeanie Sorrell of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law, Vernon and Charlotte Sorrell of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Robin Sorrell of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law, Allan and Pam Sorrell of Gainesville; daughter and son-in-law, Judy and James Miller of Gainesville; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and a sister, Talley Melear of Bedford. She is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dow in 2005; one great-grandchild; sister, Mary Eloise Prine; brother, Elbert Prine; and brother, Billy Prine.

MARY FRANCES WHITE
WOODBINE — Mary Frances White of Woodbine was born June 28, 1938, in Durant, Okla., and went home to our Lord on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013.
Mary is lying in state and visitation will be Friday, Dec. 6, 2013 from 5 to 8 p.m. at 337 County Road 161 and Mary will be laid to rest Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Union Hill Cemetery, 604 County Road 136, with the Rev. Joe Patterson officiating.
Meador-Clement-Keel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mary put herself through nursing school while raising eight children. She met her late husband Charles White and married March 24, 1977, and had one daughter together. Mary enjoyed and loved her family. She and Charles, along with the younger children, traveled during the summer school breaks to many different states. One late summer run to Turner Falls in Oklahoma with four children and one in the oven turned into an 18-hour drive to Tacoma, Wash., because Mary and Charles could not remember the punch line to a joke. The holidays were a special time for having all the family around. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and singing hymns and old country songs. Mary loved and believed in her Savior, Jesus Christ.
Mary is survived by son, Clarence “Dewey’ Reynolds of Thackerville, Okla.; daughter, Rochelle Saxton of Callisburg; son, Davis “Ike” Reynolds of Callisburg; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Bud Gilbert of Shubuta, Miss.; daughter and son-in-law, Tricia and George Morgan of Thackerville, Okla.; daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Trey Thompson of Carlsbad, N.M.; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Elizabeth and Tim Llewellyn of Pflugerville; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Joe and Debbi Cano and Marguerete and Jose Tormo; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jim and Shirley White, Lawrence and Shannon White, John and Lanae White and Beth and Roger Cox; grandchildren, Little “Dave” Reynolds, Chad Reynolds, Chathan Reynolds, Theresa Reynolds, Heather Reynolds, Dewey Ray and Melissa Carpenter, Scott and Heather Dungan, Casey and Morgan Dungan, Courtnie Reynolds, Corey Reynolds, Anthony and Kelli Frith, Douglas and Heather Reynolds, Christin and Willie John Mixon, Eric and Leslie Golden, Baron Pestoni, William Morgan, Brittany and Clint Baldridge, Katie Glenn, Christian Thompson, Tegan Thompson and William Llewellyn; great-grandchildren: 13 great-granddaughters and 13 great-grandsons; and two expected soon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles LaRoy White; son, Douglas Ray Reynolds; son, David Robert Reynolds; father, Olan Day; mother, Fannie Belle Large; and son-in-law, John F. Saxton.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dewey Carpenter, Scott Dungan, Casey Dungan, Corey Reynolds, Anthony Frith, Chad Reynolds, Chathan Reynolds, Eric Golden, Baron Pestoni, Douglas Reynolds, Christian Thompson and William Llewellyn.
