VIRGINIA “GINNY” CLARK-HAZELTON

MARIETTA, Okla. — Services for Virginia “Ginny” Clark Hazelton, 69, of Marietta, Okla., will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, in the Temple Baptist Church in Gainesville with the Rev. Eddie Chennault officiating.

Private family burial will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, in the Lebanon Cemetery in Lebanon, Okla. Arrangements are under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Marietta, Okla.

Ginny was born March 26, 1943, in Coleman, Okla., the daughter of Jack and Velma Clark.

She went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012, at her residence in Marietta, Okla., following a long battle with cancer.

Ginny and her husband, Jerry, were former residents of Lindsay and members of Temple Baptist Church in Gainesville. The couple moved to Marietta when she retired from State Farm Insurance and he retired from Peterbilt Motors. Ginny was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved to cook for her family especially during the holidays. She also enjoyed traveling and attending her grandchildren’s sporting events.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry, of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Luke Vinson of Enville, Okla.; two sons and daughter-in-law, Keith and Darla Hendrix of Marble Falls and Alan Hendrix of Edmond, Okla.; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her mother, Velma Clark of Marietta, Okla.

Mrs. Hazelton was preceded in death by her father, Jack Clark; and grandparents, John and Beulah Clark, George Nicholas and Effie White.

Serving as casket bearers will be grandsons, Jeremiah Vinson, Zach Vinson and Jake Vinson; and George White, Jerry Polston and George Bryant. Honorary bearers are grandchildren, Ross Hendrix, Maggie Hendrix, Jett Hendrix and Amy Hendrix.

Memorials may be made to Cross Timbers Hospice, Temple Baptist Church, Enville Community Church or the Shady Dale Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept 23, 2012, at Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, 100 E. Main St. in Marietta, Okla.

ANGIE BARNHILL

MUENSTER — A Mass for Angie Barnhill, 79, of Muenster, is set for 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Muenster with Fr. Ken Robinson officiating.

Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.

Mrs. Barnhill died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012, at Muenster Health and Rehab.

She was born July 23, 1933, in Muenster.

Survivors include daughters and spouses, Brenda and Gary Walterscheid of Muenster, Karen Barnhill and Larry Joe Stephens of Gainesville and Sandi and Billy Harris of Saint Jo; and sons and spouses, Monte and Janet Barnhill of Muenster, Gary and Barbi Barnhill of Muenster, Randy Barnhill of Marietta, Okla., and Karl Barnhill of Muenster; 18 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

A Rosary/vigil is set for 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, at McCoy Funeral Home in Muenster.

RONNIE LEE BLAND

Ronnie Lee Bland was born Aug. 17, 1948, in San Diego, Calif., to Claude and Florence Bland.

He died Aug. 31, 2012, at the Renaissance Nursing Center in Gainesville.

He is survived by two daughters,  Debra Crownover of Boyd and Diann Miller of Valley View; two sons, Donald Bland of Valley View and Charles Bland of Georgia; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.  

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Ronnie Lee Bland, Jr.

A memorial service was held Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at the home of Donald Bland, 280 Sunflower Drive, Valley View, TX 76272.
