PATRICIA HESS

MUENSTER — Funeral services are pending for Patricia Hess of Muenster with McCoy Funeral Home of Muenster.

Ms. Hess died Friday, Nov. 20, 2009 at the Renaissance Care Center in Gainesville.





FORREST RILEY HARRISON

WHITESBORO – Funeral Services for Forrest Riley Harrison, 15, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rev. Mike Flanagan and Rev. Danny Shaver officiating. Interment will follow at Dixie Cemetery.

Forrest died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 at his home in Whitesboro.

He was born on Feb. 18, 1994 in Gainesville to Carville Waverly Harrison, II and Tina Marie (Manning) Harrison.

Survivors include his parents, Carville and Tina Harrison of Whitesboro; 2 sisters, Kimberly Harrison and Candice Harrison of Whitesboro; a brother, Carville Harrison, all of Whitesboro; grandmother, Joyce Moore of Frankston and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

PATRICIA ANN LUTTMER HESS

MUENSTER – Funeral services for Patricia Ann Luttmer Hess, 52, of Muenster are set for 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 23 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Muenster with Fr. Ken Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Muenster. Services are under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home in Muenster.

Rosary/Vigil is set for 3 p.m., today at the funeral home.

Ms. Hess died Friday, November 20, 2009 at 3:35a.m. at Renaissance Care Center in Gainesville.

Survivors include her children: DeAnna Cartee, Crystal McCann and Gary Hess and siblings Mary Kay Truebenbach, Betty Hutson, Mike Luttmer, Gene Luttmer.

ALMA LILLIAN BARNES

Funeral services for Alma Lillian Barnes, 93, of Gainesville, are set for 2 p.m., Monday, November 23 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J. Ray Smith and Rev. Duke Dowling officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview cemetery.

Alma passed away Friday, November 20, 2009 at North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville.

Alma Lillian Barnes was born in Sherman on Sept. 8, 1916 to Julius Cowan and Alice Grace Hall Stone.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Barbara and Kenneth Roberts of Wimberley; daughters Joyce Price and Lavelle Ellison of Gainesville, son and daughter-in-law Larry and Joan Grammer of Gainesville and daughter Alice Springer of Quinlan. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

Alma is preceded in death by her parents, her huband Jess, her sisters Louise Raines and Lavelle Romaine, and her granddaughter Kimberly Meador.

Pallbearers will be Hal Watson, Trenton Swank, Shawn Watson, Jacob Lavato, Jordan Griffin and William Griffin. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry L. Grammer Sr., Larry Meador, Justin Wilhoit, Larry L. Grammer II and Jason Lee.

A visitation is planned for 7 to 8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.

MARGARET BETH HATCHER

Funeral services for Margaret Beth Hatcher, 72, of Gainesville, are set for 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24 at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Don Yeager officiating. Burial will following in the Fairview cemetery under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hatcher passed away Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 at the Presbyterian Hospital of Denton.

She was born October 29, 1937 in Cooke County to Jack and Bertha Cotten Elkins.

Mrs. Hatcher is survived by her husband Jim J. Hatcher, her brother and sister-in-law Maurice and Daisy Elkins of Denton, her nephew Steve Stone of Keller and her niece Candice Stone of Irving. She taught school in Waco and in Gainesville for over 40 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her two sons Matt and Jeff Hatcher and her brother Jack Elkins.

Pallbearers will be Frank Manich, Gary Hanks, Belvin Harris, Larry Sullivant, Bill Sullivant and John Walterscheid. Honorary pallbearers will be Trudy Hanks, Louise Manich, Tammy Rimmer, Renae Ortowski, Bobbi Beck and Sue Bloodworth.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Home Hospice of Cooke County or the First United Methodist Church Building Fund.

WILLIAM M. WELCH

Services for William M. Welch, 88, of Richardson, formerly of Gainesville, are set for 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23 at Clement-Keel Chapel with Mr. Percy Parrish officiating.

Burial will follow Tuesday, Nov. 24 at the McGregor Cemetery in McGregor under the direction of Cole Funeral Home.

Mr. Welch died Nov. 20, 2009 at Signature Pointe On the Lake in Dallas.

He was born June 5, 1921 in Coryell County to Edgar Jefferson and Clara Dewey (Howard) Welch.

Mr. Welch was a decorated veteran of World War II. Serving in the U.S. Army, he was the recipient of the Silver Star and the Purple Heart.

He was employed as an electronic technician at Texas Instruments in Richardson for 10 years and was an avid organic gardener.

Survivors include daughters Priscilla Welch of Ravenna, Judy Welch of Denison, son Michael Howard Welch of Dallas, granddaughter Afton Paige Welch of Mesquite and sister Janet Glasgow of Tyler.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Steve Welch, Elmer Welch and James Welch and sister Onie Golding.

Honorary pallbearers are Thomas B. Woods, Raymond Butts, Sane Butts, Jim Butts, Kevin Butts and Steve Butts.

Visitation is planned for 3 to 4 p.m. today, Nov. 22 at Clement-Keel Funeral Home.





DAVID VANCE CALL

No funeral service is planned for David Vance Call, 44, of Gainesville.

Mr. Call died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 at his home.

He was born Oct. 1, 1965 in Gainesville to James Vance and Linda Gayle (Stelding) Call.

He loved fishing and horseshoes.

Survivors include his mother Linda Call of Gainesville, sister and brother-in-law Jan and Chuck Hoyt of Abilene; brothers and sisters-in-law Rick and Jill Call of Gainesville; Jac and Alea Call of Decatur and Joe and Cecile Call of Corpus Christi; grandmother Dean Call of Gainesville, niece, nephews, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father James Vance Call; grandparents, brother Randy Call, aunts and uncles.
