KAREN JEANNE LAMPSON

Karen Jeanne Lampson, 73, joined her mother, father and brother in Heaven on Oct. 7, 2012, in Gainesville.

A funeral Mass is set for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Victor Cruz officiating.

Burial will follow at the Nelson Grove Cemetery in Woodbine under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

A rosary with visitation to follow will be held at the funeral home at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012.

Karen Jeanne Lang was born on April 19, 1939, in Kenosha, Wisc., to John Paul Lang and Elayne (Drinkwine) Lang.  

She married her childhood sweetheart, Thomas Lampson, on Dec. 29, 1956, in Lacon, Ill. Our mother blazed her own trails and dabbled in countless careers and industries and always kept busy with new endeavors.  She was never bored or boring.  She loved her family, gardening and animals. She was particularly fond of fishing.

She is survived by her daughter, Cassy Johnson of Whitesboro; daughter and son-in-law, Colleen and Dwayne Hellman of Lindsay; son, Kelly Lampson of Luella; daughter, Kathy Christian of Crestview, Fla.; and daughter, Karen Lampson of Lindsay; 13 grandchildren; and 13 1⁄2 great-grandchildren.

Entering into Heaven before her were her parents; and brother, Jack Lang.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Kevin Johnson, Greg Johnson, Eric Johnson, Kyle Johnson, Rudy Woodard, Geoffrey Hellman and Bradley Hellman.

Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons Daniel Lampson, Elliott Lampson and close family friend, Todd Kersey.

AARON MIMS

A graveside service with military honors for Aaron Mims, 73, of Gainesville, is scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Frank Lorne officiating.  

Services are under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Mr. Mims passed away Oct. 7, 2012, in Sherman.

Mr. Mims was born Jan. 1, 1939, in Gainesville to Aaron Mims, Sr. and Ada Grace Hendricks.  

He married Doris Johnson April 14, 1962, in Gainesville.  Mr. Mims was a telegraph operator in the U.S. Air Force.  He worked at Dowell Chemical for 15 years and later retired from Borden.

Survivors include wife, Doris of Gainesville; brother, Billy Don Hendricks of Gainesville; brother, Ricky Hendricks and wife Regina of Wichita, Kan.; brother, Jerry Hendricks and wife Carolyn of Gainesville; sister, Dorothy Johnson of Wichita, Kan.; sister, Janice Barlow of Wichita, Kan.; sister, Maurie Sadler of Dallas; godson, Kris Johnson of Carrollton; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Mims was preceded in death by his parents, Aaron Mims, Sr. and Ada Grace Hendricks; sister, Clementine Wilburn; brother, Willie Mims; brother, Charles Mims; brother, Gary Hendricks; and grandparents, Joe and Mable Mims.

Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Mims, Carl Mims, Clearance Johnson, Thomas Johnson, James Calhoun, James C. Lewis, Jr., Kris Johnson, Alfred Ray Bradley and Johnny Williams.

Memorials may be made to Corinthian Baptist Church.

KATHY RENFROE

LINDSAY — Kathy Renfroe, 64, of Lindsay died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, at Texoma Medical Center.  

She was born Oct. 3, 1948, in Graham. Kathy had worked at Weber Aircraft for 16 years.

A visitation for Mrs. Renfroe will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct 10, 2012, at Meador-Clement-Keel Chapel.  

No service is planned.

Survivors of Kathy Renfroe include her husband, Tommy Renfroe of Lindsay; sons, Justin Robert Renfroe and wife, Amanda of Gainesville and Cory Ray Renfroe of Atoka, Okla.; daughters, Tiffany Dawn Renfroe of Hurst and Kristy Lynn Austin and husband Kyle of Mansfield; and seven grandchildren.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Nathaniel Curbo.

Cremation is under the direction of Meador-Clement-Keel Funeral Home.

DIANE FAY McGILVRAY

Memorial services for Diane Faye McGilvray, 48, are set for a later date.

Mrs. McGilvray died Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, at Presbyterian Hospital in Denton.  

She was born Sept. 30, 1964, in Gainesville.

Survivors include her mother, Faye King of Gainesville; children, Mitchell McGilvray of Ardmore, Matthew McGilvray of Gainesville, Dillon McGilvray of Gainesville and Daniel King of Gainesville; brother, Danny King of Fort Worth; and seven grandchildren.

Cremation is under the direction of Meador-Clement-Keel Funeral Home.



IMAGINE GONZALES LOVATO

A graveside service for Imagine Gonzales Lovato, of Gainesville, is set for 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Black officiating.

Imagine was born and passed away on Oct. 4, 2012, in Gainesville.

Survivors include parents, Rosa Gonzales and Jacob Lovato; brother, Marco Lovato; grandparents, Ben and Melinda Gonzales, Jason and Staci Lovato and Willie and Anitra De Jesus; great-grandparents, Imogene Kirk, Cecelia Lovato and Lavelle Ellison; aunt, Crystal Gonzales and her children; uncle, Benjamin Gonzales and his children; uncle, Michael Gonzales and his children; uncle and aunt, Cainan and Lilliana Lovato; uncle, Anthony Royal; and many cousins.
