The Gainesville Daily Register publishes obituary information as a public service from forms provided to area funeral homes. Deadlines are 4 p.m. the day prior to running and pendings by 8:45 a.m. the morning of the obit. Photo cost is $15. The funeral home register may be added at no additional cost. DOROTHY PAULINE “POLLY” DULOCK

FORT WORTH — Dorothy Pauline "Polly" Dulock, 91, of Fort Worth, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010.

Mass services took place at 10 a.m. Monday, July 26, 2010, at the Holy Family Catholic Church.

Interment was at Mount Olivet. Rosary was at 6 p.m. Sunday evening at Greenwood Chapel. Services were under the direction of Greenwood Funeral Home.

Dorothy was born on July 17, 1919 in Gainesville. She married Albert Bernard "A.B." Dulock on Jan. 20, 1940 and they lived the remainder of their lives in Fort Worth. She will always be remembered as a woman of faith and as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family meant the world to her and their pictures brightened her days.

She was preceded in death by her husband, A.B. Dulock; son, Bobby Dulock and grandson, Donnie Lynch.

She is survived by her daughter, Pat Fleitman and husband Alvin, daughter, Janis Lynch and husband Don and daughter, Lynda Dickerson and husband Danny; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

SHANE McGILVRAY

Graveside services for Shane McGilvray, 22, of Gainesville are set for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at Fairview Cemetery Pavillion in Gainesville, with Rev. Aurthur Green, minister of the Church of Jesus Christ in Gainesville, officiating.

Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Clement-Keel Funeral Home.

Mr. McGilvray died Friday, July 23, 2010 in Gainesville.

He was born Dec. 26, 1987 in Gainesville.

He is survived by his brothers, Mitchell McGilvray of Ardmone, Okla., Matt McGilvray of Callisburg, Dillon McGilvray of Gainesville and Daniel McGilvray King of Gainesville; sisters, Yolanda Fleeman of Gainesville, Calista Aston of Era, Tonya Moore of Era and Laiya McGilvray of Gainesville; grandmother, Faye King of Gainesville; father, Melvin McGilvray and mother, Diana McGilvray, both of Gainesville.

Visitation is set for 7 to 8 p.m. this evening, July 26, at the Clement-Keel Funeral Home.





EARL SPEARS

Funeral services for Earl Spears, 71, of Gainesville, are pending with Clement-Keel Funeral Home.

Mr. Spears died Monday, July 26, 2010 at Denton Regional Medical Center in Denton.





RICHARD SUTTON

 Funeral services for Richard Charles Sutton, 46, of Gainesville are set for Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Sullivant officiating.

Burial will follow in the Rosston Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Mr. Sutton died on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Harris Methodist Hosptial in Fort Worth.

He was born May 4, 1964 in Gainesville.

Mr. Sutton is survived by his father, Jim Sutton of Gainesville; mother, Diane K. Hoover of Gainesville; daughter, Zoe Elizabeth Gregg-Sutton; love of his life, Mandy Gregg; brothers, Chris Sutton of Abilene and Chad Clement of Mississippi; sister, Janice Davis of Gainesville; and grandmother, Ruth Hoover of Gainesville.

Family visitation is set from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at the funeral home.

BOB L. WHITLEY

PLANO — A memorial service for Mr. Bob L. Whitley, 74, of Plano, and previously of Gainesville, was held at noon on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at The Cowboy Church at the Swinging D Ranch in Parker.

Mr. Whitley died on July 16, 2010, in Dallas.

He was born Jan. 21, 1936, in Gainesville.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; children, LuAnn Whitley Duncan of Gilmer, Harlan Lee Whitley of Allen and Starla Dawn Burt of Murphy; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
