On Friday, Sept. 11, 2009, members of the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades elected officers and representatives to the 2009-2010 Muenster Elementary Student Council.
The following students were elected for officer positions: President-Sammy Saucer; Vice President-Claire Schneider; Secretary-Kimber Walterscheid; Treasurer-Zane Kemp; Reporter-Katie Pagel; Historian-Natalie Fangman and Parliamentarian-Allie Walterscheid.
The class representatives elected were: 4th Grade- Bailey Anderle, Natalie Dangelmayr, Paige Saucer, and Owen Tolar; 5th Grade: Morgan Eldridge, Bryce Herr, Macie Pagel, and Sawyer Sanders; 6th Grade: Mahayla Bohl, Cassie Horsman, Alison Morris, and Kelsie Sicking.
The 2009-2010 Muenster Elementary Student Council has many ambitious goals for this year including a “hats off” day to raise money for the American Cancer Foundation, fundraisers to help raise money to purchase playground equipment, a Veteran’s Day Luncheon, a “personal items” drive for St. Richards Villa, and clean-up activities after home football games.
Faculty sponsors Amy Anderle and Cicily Waneck are very pleased with the energy and attitude this student council has and expects great contributions to the school, community, and those in need.
