Join Us For A Life Changing Experience
This Sunday Calvary Baptist will begin having two morning worship services. The Traditional Service will be at 9:00 am. This service will include the "old hymns of the church" and Dr. Robert E Sutton will be bringing a message from God's word in a more conservative format. The Contemporary Service will begin at 11:00 am. This service will be presenting the same gospel message but in a more contemporary way. In addition to contemporary music and instruments, videos, skits and testimonies will be used to proclaim the saving power of Jesus in a method that might be more relevant to some. Our purpose is to do whatever it takes to share the gospel with the people in our area.

Family Life Church
Looking for a great place for the whole family to celebrate Jesus' resurrection and also treat your children or grandchildren to a delightful Easter egg hunt? Wonderful.
Come join the Resurrection Sunday Service at Family Life Church, 905 Cloud Street, Gainesville, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, March 31, where guests can enjoy special Easter music from the regular worship team, assissted by Penny and Joe Wallace. Then the congregation will enjoy an anointed message by Pastor Larry Eberhart.
While adults are enjoying the service, as a special bonus for all families who attend the Easter Sunday Service, Pastor Kathy Eberhart has planned for your children to be escorted to special egg hunts with nearly 3,000 eggs. The hunts will be divided by ages in Kid Zone, and Kid Force.
The children will not only have a chance to win wonderful prizes, but will also celebrate Jesus with music, ministry and special activities. Free baskets, which each include a little musical bear that plays "Jesus Loves Me", will be given to the younger children in Kid Zone. The older group in Kid Force will have more prizes, but need to bring their own baskets.
Michelle Davis and Donna Felker lead the youngsters in Kid Zone. Andrea Backer and Kathleen Backer are in charge of the older group in Kid Force.
There will be no pressure for you to join the church, nor any "guilt trips". Just come and relax while the whole family enjoys the celebration of God's goodness - and His new beginnings.

Gainesville Bible Church
In the early church, when two Christians met, one would often greet the other with “He is risen.” (In reference to Jesus’ resurrection from the dead). The other would respond, “He is risen indeed.” There is no event in history more significant than the resurrection of Jesus, Messiah, Son of God. For over two thousand years, it has been the testimony of hundreds of eyewitnesses, and millions of believers from all nationalities, that Jesus rose from the dead, that He proved that He was who he said He was, that He possess all authority in heaven and on Earth, and that He won the victory over death, hell and the grave.
At Gainesville Bible Church we not only serve the resurrected Christ – but we identify with Him also. Through surrendered lives we endeavor to allow Him to live through us – completing His ministry on earth. Our hope is in Him. We absolutely believe that what the bible says about Him is true – and we have His Spirit as witness to that fact. We live – because He lives. The victory He afforded with His death and resurrection over death, sin and hell is the victory applied to the lives of His children.
Come celebrate this resurrection event – the greatest gift ever given – with us here at Gainesville Bible Church this Sunday as we remember and attest to His victory.
He is risen indeed.
