Church news 1-18

Vilott Baptist Church News

Our Pastor Rick Isham brought a beautiful message from the Lord Sunday. God's message to us about the baptism of Jesus showing the world how it is to be done was amazing. There are so many examples of how we are supposed to love and trust the Lord in His word. Luke Chapter 3:22 says, "The Holy Ghost descended in a shape like a dove upon Him and a voice came from Heaven which said Thou art My beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased."

Hearing the Word preached and the hallelujahs in agreement was magnificent. Please come and join in with us as we worship the Lord in truth and spirit. If you are looking for a church that loves the Lord, become a member. Step out and let the world know you are a part of a church that serves the Lord.

With these things on our minds, we look forward to serving as many as the Lord puts in our path. So come be with us; we will hold the door open to all that want to hear the Gospel. Those that want to sing praise or pray for all in need are always welcome.

Our church serves the Lord all over the world through missions both foreign and domestic.

Weekly Schedule

Sunday morning starts with a fellowship meal at 9:30 a.m.

Sunday school starts at 10 a.m.

Song service and worship starts at 11 a.m.

We sing praises unto the Lord and our Pastor Rick Isham brings God's message.

Wednesday evening services begin with a meal at 6 p.m.

At 7 p.m., the children and youth have a great time of Bible study and fun, and the adults have Bible study and prayer meetings.

Thursday morning small groups start at 10:00 a.m. with Bible study followed by a meal.

We have a men's breakfast on the first Saturday of the month at 8 a.m. and a musical jam session later that morning.

A person is never too old to serve the Lord in some fashion. There is no excuse not to do something to worship the Lord. John 4:23 says, "The hour cometh and now is when true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeketh such to worship Him."
