ERA — The Era Lady Hornets opened up an 18-5 lead in the first quarter and never looked back on their way to a 65-29 win over the S&S; Lady Rams Tuesday in Era.
Era (4-1) led 28-11 at halftime, then completely put the game away in the third period, outscoring the Rams 25-6.
Cheree Kiser poured in 26 points to pace Era, while Shae Knabe had 10, Jacy Steelman and Cortney Seay both added 9, Dana Schumacher scored 7, and Carlee Black and Jordan Brown each added 2.

Quinlan Ford 35
WHITESBORO — Jill Schuessler had 23 points to lead the Whitesboro Lady Cats to a 55-35 win over Quinlan Ford Tuesday in non-district girls basketball action in Whitesboro.
Whitesboro led 14-7 after the first quarter and took a 24-13 lead into halftime.
Becca Winter added 8 points and 6 rebounds for the Lady Cats, while Jennifer Williams had 7 points and 10 rebounds.

TOM BEAN — The Callisburg Lady Cats came from behind for a 48-47 win over Tom Bean Monday night.
Callisburg was down by nine with 2:36 left but put on a furious comeback. Tara Wescoat hit a bucket with eight seconds remaining to cut the lead to two. She was fouled on the play and missed the free throw, but Morgan Reed got the rebound and the Lady Cats called a timeout. On the inbounds play, freshman Kalli Byrom hit a 3-pointer with one second remaining to win the game.
Callisburg hit nine 3-pointers in the game including five by Byrom, who finished with 15 points and 7 rebounds. Taylor Coleman added 12 points, Reed had 10 points and 8 rebounds, Wescoat scored 4 and pulled down 7 boards, Taylor Curtright and Amberly Colwell both scored 3, and Erika Goode and Payton Bentley each added 2.

BLUE RIDGE — Cheree Kiser scored 25 points to lead the Era Lady Hornets to a 65-45 win over Blue Ridge Monday night.
Dana Schumacher added 14 points for Era (3-1), while Carlee Black had 8, Leah Doughty scored 6, Shae Knabe had 5, Cortney Seay added 4, Jordan Brown had 2 and Jacy Steelman had 1.

Irving Universal 26
SAINT JO — The Saint Jo Lady Panthers improved to 4-0 with a 69-26 win over Irving Universal Monday.
Saint Jo led 24-8 after the opening period and took a 27-point lead into halftime.
Kyla Reeves had a double-double with 26 points and 18 rebounds for the Lady Panthers. Jessica Ramirez added 17 points, Kara Davis added 8, Ashley Dennis scored 7, Haley Hall had 5, and Kate Weger, Leasha Reeves and Macey Hall each added 2.
“We came out ready to play, executing our fast break and finishing on the back end and playing good team defense and rebounding the ball,” Saint Jo coach Curtis Enis said.
