Court releases felony indictments

Cooke County — The 235th District Court released 48 Cooke County Grand Jury felony indictment cases on Jan. 23 that included engaging in organized criminal activity, robbery and injury to a child.

Bailey Lynn Allen, 27, was indicted for the first degree felony offense of engaging in organized criminal activity on Aug. 3, 2013.

Stephanie Lauren Allen, 32, was indicted for the first degree felony offense of engaging in organized criminal activity on June 13, 2013.

Bryant Kelly Allred, 21, was indicted for the second degree felony offense of  burglary of a habitation on Nov. 21, 2013.

Wesley Thomas Andrews, 22, was indicted for the second degree felony offense of robbery on March 3, 2013.

India Leigh Atteberry, 42, was indicted for the third degree felony offense of possession of methamphetamine on June 16, 2013.

Kimberly E. Berry, age not provided, was indicted for the state felony offense of tampering with government record on May 3, 2013.

Simon Bland, 39, was indicted for the third degree felony offense of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on Dec. 16, 2013.

Joshua Brumme, 17, was indicted for the state felony offense of theft of property on Oct. 9, 2013.

Sean Claude Bryant, 28, was indicted for the second degree felony offense of  possession of methamphetamine on June 27, 2013.

Thomas Stacy Cortese, 22, was indicted for the second degree felony offense of burglary of a habitation on Dec. 30, 2013.

Derek Lorell Cotton, 31, was indicted for the third degree felony offense of injury to a child on May 7, 2013.

Christopher Antonio Crenshaw, 29, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on Jan. 1, 2014.

Kaycee Danielle Fomby, 26, was indicted for the second degree felony offense of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on Sept. 4, 2013.

Jacob Brandon Lovato, 21, was indicted for the second degree felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine on May 23, 2013.

Anthony James McGuire, 30, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on June 4, 2013.

Gerardo Morales, 41, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on May 11, 2012.

Jason Page Pelham, 37, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on March 28, 2013.

Lorie Ann Phillips, 49, was indicted for the state felony offense of theft of property on May 23, 2013.

Natoshya Rae Pitts, 24, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 26, 2012.

Debra Hite Price, 48, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of marijuana on Aug. 30, 2013.

Kenji Corandi Raymond-Brown, 35, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of marijuana on Oct. 9, 2013.

Dion Wilson Richards, 46, was indicted for the third degree felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 2, 2012.

William Seaver, 23, was indicted for the state felony offense of fraudulent use of ID on Nov. 30, 2013; and was indicted for the state felony offense of theft of property on Aug. 11, 2013.

Treena Cox Stelding, age not provided, was indicted for the third degree felony offense of driving while intoxicated three or more times on Dec. 28, 2013.

Judy Joanne Shaw, 34, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 17, 2013.

Renee Marie Freeman, 28, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 27, 2013.

Victor Fundora, Jr., 30, was indicted for the state felony offense of fraudulent use of ID on Nov. 15, 2013.

Brittany Rose Goldsmith, 25, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of methamphetamine on Dec. 12, 2013.

Gerald Glenn Hall, 59, was indicted for the state felony offense of burglary of a building on Oct. 30, 2013.

Steven L. Hard, 29, was indicted for the third degree felony offense of possession of methamphetamine on June 8, 2013.

Jamie Rae Heltemes, 28, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on March 8, 2013.

Nathan William Hess, 29, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 15, 2013.

Maria Danielle Howeth, 36, was indicted for the state felony offense of forgery on Dec. 18, 2013.

Matthew Alan Johnston, 33, was indicted for the third degree felony offense of driving while intoxicated three or more times on June 8, 2013.

Tonya King Kelsey, 42, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on July 5, 2013.

Belinda Lees, 38, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on June 7, 2012.

Brandon Jay Lewallen, 34, was indicted for the third degree felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 13, 2013

Christopher Lewis Lloyd, 39 was indicted for the third degree felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 15, 2013.

Jason Wayne Taylor, 29, was indicted for the third degree felony offense of failure to render aide on Dec. 11, 2013; and was indicted for the third degree felony offense of violation of court orders on Dec. 16, 2013.

Stephen Tanner Vineyard, 21, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 14, 2013.

Henry Thomas Vondrak, Jr., 35, was indicted for the first degree felony offense of possession of methamphetamine on Nov. 29, 2012; and was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of marijuana on Nov. 29, 2012.

Winiford Jo Vondrak, 38, was indicted for the first degree felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 29, 2012; and was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of marijuana on Nov. 29, 2012.

Billy Wayne Whatley, 35, was indicted for the third degree felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on April 26, 2013.

Jeremiah Raye Woolard, 40, was indicted for the state felony offense of possession of a controlled substance on July 18, 2013.
