Grand Jury issues indictments

Gainesville — The Cooke County Grand Jury released the following indictments as part of the February term:

Robert Blake King, 34, was indicted for assault, a third-degree felony. The offense allegedly occurred Jan. 17.

Gustavo Valentin Medina, 35, Jesus Antonio Medina, 23, Ryan Walter Medina, 29, and Kenneth Paul Martinez, 21, were all indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, all first-degree felonies. Their offenses allegedly occurred Dec. 2.

Clayton Matthew Buster, 24, was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony. The offense allegedly occured Jan. 22.

Brian Woodrow Kirk, 19, was indicted for evading arrest using a motor vehicle, a third-degree felony. The offense allegedly occurred Jan. 21.

Manuel Guerrero Jr., 32, was indicted for theft of property (with prior convictions), a state jail felony. The offense allegedly occurred Oct. 10.

Richard Hock, 28, Perry Johnston, 29, and Justin McCormick, 27, were all indicted for theft of property, all state jail felonies. Their offenses allegedly occurred Sept. 24, 2011.

Raul Rodriguez Gaspar, 41, was indicted for driving while intoxicated (his third offense or more), a third-degree felony. The offense allegedly occurred Jan. 13.

Jonathon William Graves, 22, was indicted for evading arrest using a motor vehicle, a third-degree felony. The offense allegedly occurred Dec. 24.

Hector Puga Sanchez, 21, was indicted for organized retail theft, a state jail felony. The offense allegedly occurred Oct. 22.

Kaycee Danielle Fomby, 25, was indicted for abandoning or endangering a child, a state jail felony. The offense allegedly occurred Oct. 11.

Beverly Murphy, 38, was indicted for theft of property (less than $50), with prior theft conviction, a Class B misdemeanor. The offense allegedly occurred Nov. 30.
