Workers dangle in a cage suspended more than 6 stories above the street to install new cell phone relay towers on the Turner Apartment building on California Street. A worker on-site said the antenna array would aid 4G phone service in the area. Turner Apartments was originally built in 1928 and was the Turner Hotel in downtown Gainesville.
