Night of art and music

— Lisa Perry presented her music and her art to an enthusiastic crowd at the Butterfield Stage Thursday night as part of their new Artist’s Showcase series. Perry had 17 pieces of art on display at the event, including a watercolor entitled “Spirals” (above) which has just been accepted by the Southwestern Watercolor Society for their annual show in the Metroplex. The show runs from Sept 10 through Oct. 10 at the P Family Art Center in Plano.  Perry also presented a one hour concert of her original music plus some favorites from the 1930’s and 40’s.
