A single-vehicle crash sent four people to area hospitals Friday, June 7.
Texas Highway Patrol Staff Sgt. Mark Tackett said troopers responded to the crash on south I-35 at 5:42 p.m.
Veronica Ceniseros, a 35-year-old Houston resident, was driving a 2002 gold Ford Explorer southbound in the left hand lane of I-35 when she lost control of the vehicle and rolled into cables in the center median half a mile south of the 488 mile marker, said Tackett, a Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman.
She failed to drive in a single lane, Tackett said.
Ceniseros was taken to Medical City Denton. There were three others in the Explorer. Two were taken to Medical City Denton and one was taken to North Texas Medical Center, according to Tackett.
Tackett did not have specifics on any injuries received or an update on the status of the four people's medical care as of late Monday, June 10.
